Light refreshments, including hot and cold drinks and snacks, can be purchased from Xtremewake.

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this period will result in forfeiture of payment. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, we can reschedule your session or offer a 50% refund.

Dogs aren't allowed in the sauna area but they are more than welcome round the rest of the site.

Yes. We have changing rooms at Xtremewake (this is where you check in for you session) which is just a short walk up to the sauna.

All that we ask is that one disclaimer per person is filled out before your session please.

Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna & one for drying off), flip flops, swimwear, water.

Each sauna session is 55 minutes. The sauna sits in a quiet outdoor setting at Grendon Lakes and comfortably seats up to 8 people.

Yes. If you fancy the sauna all to yourselves send us an email or message to enquire. It is the same wood-fired experience, just reserved for up to 8 people of your choosing. Private Hire Gift Cards are also available if you want to treat someone.

Yes we do, both standard sessions and private session gift cards can be found in the shop section. Once purchased, you will receive a unique digital voucher to share or redeem when you book.
